I am a permanently absorbed central govt. employee from state govt. and my MACP was due in Oct/2012 but not yet granted till date on the pretence that past regular service rendered under state govt. will not be counted for grant of MACP as per MACP base order dtd. 19/5/2009 check point 9 & 10. So kindly help me by providing requisite judgement from any high court/supreme court or DOPT. No CAT judgement is to be a precedent in regard to the above matter.e-mail id : [email protected]
