Sir you pl go through this OM dated 9.4.1999 [Click to see the Order]. In which it was stated that The incentive will be admissible on acquiring these qualifications on or after the date of issue of these orders. But You have retired on 30.11.1997. Further it is one-time lump-sum incentive for acquiring fresh higher qualification by a Government employee
I, Dr.V.Sethuraman a retired official of the Govt.of India was possessing the highest qualification in the field of Animal Health discipline ever since recruited through UPSC in 1976, and held higher posts and for all those posts only the required minimum qualifications were only Master’s degree in that field and when I was holding a higher qualification of PH.D in that field, and when the 5th Pay commission recommended incentive for higher qualified personnel and as per DOPT OM.No.1/2/89 Estt(Pay-1) dated 9.4.1999 ( issued based on 5thCPC) and I retired on 30.11.1997, whether I am entitled to get the incentive amount of 50% in my pension since my retirement, which may clarified as the DOPT order dt.15.3.2019 gives that benefit to working personnel now when the recommendation was made in 5thCPC .Please reply to my queries in my e mail given below in the box.
My service length is 16 Years.and i have a diploma holder in mechenical engineering for three years my dignation of mate(elect.) My present grade pau is 1900 Only .what can do my next future . No permotion abuot 16 Years in cwe jodhpur . Please Go head my next promotion Thank you sir.
