  1. The service book maintained by departments is of no use and there is no point in wasting money,time and energy. Service book should be like bible of an employee which gives full details for promotions and postings. APAR,s are totally dominating by writing wrong entries and taking revenge and blocking the promotions and MACP,s.
    APAR bad comments are final in DPC and promoted to their pet employee is wrong on the part of senior officers.

  2. Excellent work done I think it covers all the aspect . We may add family details by adding another part to service book that may be part 10
