Non-payment/Delay in payment of retirement benefits on account of delay in verification of caste certificate in respect of retiring employees
Timely completion of verification of caste certificate and also for timely release of pensionary benefits to the employees in respect of whom verification of caste certificate is delayed due to administrative reasons or lapse.
Timeline for submission of Life Certificate for pensioners is extended till 28.02.2022

Revised rate of Dearness Relief from 1.7.2021
Dearness Relief admissible to Central Government pensioners/family pensioners shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 28% to 31% of the basic pension/family pension (including additional pension/family pension) w.e.f 01.07.2021
Nominations for Ex-Gratia lump sum compensation to the families of Central Government servants who die in the performance of bonafide official duty
It has been decided that, on death of a Government servant in the performance of bonafide duty also, payment of ex-gratia lump sum compensation may be made to a member or members of the family in whose favour a nomination is made by the Government servant during service
