OFB Employees (Group A, B & C) would be transferred to new DPSU(s) on deemed deputation for a period of two years

It has been decided that all the employees of OFB (Group A, B & C), belonging to the production units and also the non-production units being handed over to the new DPSUs (to be formed) would be transferred to these DPSU(s) on terms of foreign service without any deputation allowance (deemed deputation) initially for a period of two years from the appointed date.

New Revised Rate of HRA after DA reached 25% : HRA will be revised to 27%,18% and 9% w.e.f July 2021

The Central Government has decided to increase the rate of Dearness Allowance from 17% to 28% from 1st July 2021. When DA reaches 25% level, the DA indexed allowances like HRA will also to be increased to 27%,18% and 9% w.e.f July 2021 as per the Allowance Committee recommendation.
