Armed Forces Personnel including Sepoy who is invalided out from service on account of a disability which is attributable to or aggravated by Military service is being granted disability pension consisting of service element and disability element
Payment of family pension in respect of a mentally retarded child through the person nominated by the Government servant/pensioner/family pensioner in accordance with the statutory provisions of CCS (Pension) Rules and not to insist for a guardianship certificate issued by a court of law in such cases.
Minimum Disability/War Injury Pension, Special and Liberalised Family Pension Rs.18000
These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Pension) Amendment Rules, 2018 for disability pension
