Revised pay structure of the common category posts of Pharmacists Cadre

Revised pay structure of the common category posts of Pharmacists Cadre to grant grade pay of Rs.4200/-in the Pay Band PB-2 after completing two years in the entry grade at grade pay of Rs.2800

Ministry of Health & Family Welfare issued an OM No. F.No. A-28011/01/ 2008-PMS (Part I) dated the 9th/13th July, 2010 and requesting all the Central Government  institutions/hospitals having posts of pharmacists to implement the Department of Expenditure’s OM No. 1/1/2008-IC dated 18.11.09.without any further delay

It’s a pathetic situation for the Pharmacist in Central Government, that eight months after the issuance of the order  which enables upgrading this post ,as per the Fast Track Committee recommendation, to the grade pay of Rs.4200/-in the Pay Band PB-2 after completing two years in the entry grade at grade pay of Rs.2800/- in PB-I,has not yet been implemented.

Now all the Central Government Institutions/Hospitals having Pharmacist have been directed by the Minstry to implement the above said order immediately and compliance report along with a copy of the order to be sent to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for information and further necessary action

  1. why mha(govt of india) not implemented the fast committee to pharmacist which are posted in itbp, crpf, ssb, bsf
please give me some guideline why this is implemented

  2. Lalit Mohan Mohapatra

MHA should implement the first track committee recommendation immediately for CPOs pharmacists

  3. when the pay scale recommended by the fast track committee for Pharmacists would be implemented for the pharmacists in central police organizations falling under Ministry of Home Affairs e.g. BSF, CRPF, Assam Rifles etc.
