At the outset, I personally take this opportunity to thank and cogratulate to the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor about this noteworthy devopment inked through the MoU of its kind and in the history of the distance mode as well. It’s really a commendable job of YCMOU to provide opportunities for higher education to the non-graduate Army personnel and thereby letting them to dream for higher positions. I donot have any second thought over the implementation on ventures like imparting a Bachelor in Education (BEd) programme for the war widows. Hopefully 100% a large section of the beneficiaries would come forth in the years to come.
