OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Local purchase of stationery and other articles from Kendriya Bhandar, NCCF and other Multi-State Cooperative Societies having majority shareholding by the Central Government.

Attention of the Ministries/Departments is invited to the Department of Personnel and Training’s O.M. No. 14/12/94-Welfare (Vol.11) dated 5.7.2007 on the above subject. It is stated that the validity of the O.M. dated 5.7.2007 beyond 31.3.2012 was extended with the approval of competent authority for a period of one year i.e. upto 3 1.3.2013 vide O.M. No. 14/1/2009-Welfare dated 05.03.2012.

2. The validity of the O.M. No. 14/12/94-Welfare (Vol.11) dated 5.7.2007 has been further extended with the approval of the competent authority for a period of one year beyond 31.3.2013 i.e. upto 3 1.3.2014.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure vide their I.D No.26/2/2013-PPD dated 18.02.2013.

4. The contents of this Office memorandum may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
