PLB for Railway employees  likely to be decided by the Cabinet on 3rd October 2013

Productivity Linked Bonus for Railwaymen is likely to be decided by the Cabinet on 3rd October 2013. The Railwaymen Federations AIRF and NFIR also informed through their message to their Cadres that the issue of PLB to Railwaymen is likely to be taken-up by the Cabinet on 3rd October, 2013

NFIR expressed its hope in its message that the Productivity Linked Bonus equivalent to 78 days wages @ Rs. 3,500 per month will be considered by Union Cabinet in the meeting expected to be held on 2/3rd Oct 2013

AIRF informed the General Secretaries of its affiliated Unions through its letter dated 30-9-2013 ,that the issue of PLB to Railwaymen is likely to be taken-up by the Cabinet on 3rd October, 2013 and also advised its affiliated unions to hold “Massive Demonstrations and Mobilization Programmes at Branch level, demanding payment of PLB to Railwaymen without any reduction in number of days.
