Renovation work in B Block of Guest House, Nizam Place, Kolkata has been completed by CPWD. It has been decided to commence online booking of room available in B Block may be made with immediate effect. Details of Booking Authority are as follow:

2. Guest House is located in Nizam Place, Kolkata. Address of CPWD authority is Executive Engineer, Kolkata Central Division-I, CPWD, Nizam Place, Kolkata. Demand Draft should be in favour of Estate Manager, Kolkata payable at Kolkata. In respect of Booking Agency i.e. Directorate of Estates, demand draft should be in favour of Assistant Director of Estates (Cash), New Delhi payable at New Delhi. Guest House Kolkata comes under category `A’ and accordingly, booking charges will be applicable in terms of Directorate of Estates Office Memorandum No. D-11028/23/82-Regions (Vol. II) dated 10th July, 2012 till the further revision of the rates of room charges.
