The General Secretaries,
All Affiliated Unions,

Dear Comrades,

Reg.: Massive demonstrations to protest against retrograde recommendations of the VII CPC

Today, in the meeting held in the office of NC/JCM(Staff Side), 13-C, Ferozshah Road, New Delhi, it has been decided that, all the constituents of NJCA shall give direction to their affiliates to hold massive demonstrations, bearing black badges, on 27th November, 2015, against the following retrograde recommendations of the VII CPC.

Against the demand of the Staff Side, National Council(JCM) for Minimum Wage Rs.26,000, the VII CPC has recommended Rs.18,000, thereby widening the gap between Minimum and Maximum Wage as 1:13.8 while our demand was to keep this ratio not more 1:8.

The present rate of HRA, i.e. 30%, 20% and 10% has been reduced to 24%, 16% and 8% respectively.

The number of interest-free advance, like Festival Advance, etc. have been recommended to be stopped.

Instead of removing the existing anomalies in the MACPS, the Pay Commission has introduced examination for granting MACP benefit.

The Pay Commission has also refused to make any recommendation against the NPS.

In case of Child Care Leave for women employees, leave wage shall be reduced to 80% for second spell of 365 days CCL.

All of you are requested to comply with the aforementioned decision of the NJCA, and the report of the same should be sent to NJCA Headquarters Office, i.e. 4 State Entry Road, New Delhi.

Yours faithfully,
sd/-
(Shiva Gopal Mishra)
General Secretary

  1. All central govt employees including poor Group C railway employees please do not expect much from current government. So it is the time that we should start thinking for 2019.

  2. Why Commission is required on tax payers money when they recommend less than 15%? Government could have done that without going through all this. They should have increased the salaries by 15% and allowances by some percent. All tamasha.

  3. I believe the moral of all cent govt emp will go down and govt machinery will face thw consequences of it. Thats why new generation is no more interested in fovt jobs. After 10 yrs of service we got this……. Why Givt ask for suggestions if this kind of cpc to be given…….. totally dissapointed and anti worker CPC ever…..

  4. 7th CPC have submitted report to Govt of India. Media reported a BONANZA for central Govt employees and pensioner, Economists shown their concern about fiscal deficit, private employees see it as Malai, marketing companies described it a boon for slow market. I also felt ACHHE DIN AANE BALE HAI , and started calculation to know whether a MAKAAN or a SUV can I purchase.

Salary slip of a group B employee is/will be as under:-

    Basic Pay 17140 44900
    DA@125% 21425 000
    TPT+Da 3600 3600
    HRA 000 000

    GROSS PAY 42165 48500

    Mandatory recoveries

    GPF/NPS 3857 4490
    CGEIS 60 2500
    I. Tax 1256 1909
    L. Fee 200 600
    CGHS 325 975

    TOTAL 5698 10474
    Recovery

    NET Pay 36467 38026

    NET INCREASE
    VII CPC 1559

Finally I come to know – makaan aur SUV kya ek cycle bhee nahin aa saktee. Yah bhee pata chala ki hamare desh me achhe din kyun nahin aa rahe. Actually, we have poor Economists, a sensational and irresponsible media, innocent people and “10 saal k baad 4.275% net increase paakar itni aalochana sunane bala” bechara central Govt karmchaari.

  5. IT’S NOT A PAY COMMISSION. IT’S ONLY MERGER OF DA (INCLUDING FUTURE DA). SO CALL IT AS A ‘ DA MERGER COMMISSION’

AGAIN ALL MIDDLE/LOWER LEVEL STAFF PUNISHED. PLS SEE 2.57 TIMES Vs. 2.81 TIMES, MACP EXAM, 3% INCR ETC.

LET’S EXPECT NDA GOVERNMENT WILL CORRECT SHORT COME FAVOURABLY
