Subject: Recommendations of 7th Pay Commission – meeting with CSS/CSSS/CSCS Associations

The undersigned is directed to say that Smt. Archana Varma, Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training will chair a meeting on 7th December 2015 in Room No. 190, North Block from 3 to 5 PM. The meeting has been scheduled to elicit the views of the various service associations representing CSS, CSSS and CSCS officers on the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission relating to these personnel.

2. The service associations representing CSS, CSSS and CSCS officers may depute their representatives to the meeting.

  1. What is special in 7 CPC for BSF where as three armed forces are getting too much allowances and BSF is the only first responder at international border of Pakistan and Bangladesh which is hyper sensitive.Govt. have to think about it.

  2. We should ask for a 25% increase in basic pay instead of the proposed 15%

    We should demand the govt to reinstate all the allowances and advances
    including motor car and personal pay

    Increase in number of CL from 8 to 20 for 6 day weak employees

    Insurance amount is too high .
