One Rank One Pension Arrears for Subedar- group X and Y
The Ex Airman Blog has posted OROP Arrears Table for Sepoy, Naik, Havildar,Naib Subedar, Subedar, Subedar Major and HONY LT and HONY CAPT categories based on the OROP Table issued by Ministry of Defence. Without Check and correction Veteran are copying and pasting this table to most of our ex-servicemen sites. As per my knowledge It is to be corrected & amended Group ‘Y’ pension as ‘Now’ after 28.5 yrs and above all should be 11970/ (R) 11970/ not mention as 13105/, and arrears will come in +ve not in -ve. If otherwise above mentioned period for Group ‘Y’ is correct then so many Subedar and equivalent are getting BP 11970/ in stead of 13105/ since long.
Present Pension data under column NOW seems to be incorrect for all ranks. Kindly check and publish correct information so that no one is mislead.
Data for Subedar of Y Group with 30 years service is wrong. Under Column NOW it should be 11970(as I retired on 01-01-2011 and getting basic 11970) . Difference should be +720 instead of -415. Arrears may be calculated accordingly.
