OFFICE ORDER
Subject: Grant of CSD Canteen Facilities to Retired Defence Civilian Employees.
In continuation of this Ministry’s office order of even NO. dated 31st July, 2015 on the above mentioned subject, the undersigned is directed to say that with the approval of Hon’b\e RM, It has been decided that the family pensioners of retired Defence Civilian Employees will also be eligible for extended CSD Canteen facilities.

Honb’le Sir/s, myself a family pensioner drawing unmarried daughter pension I am surviving with great difficulty in that small pension amount which I get moreover out of this money fifty percent goes for rent as I stay in a rented house after giving rent, electric bill I am left with a small amount for my food, medicine or other daily needs. But with great hope, I thought 7th CPC will bring some good days for people like us who has got no one to support them. Alas! I came to know from your website that 7th CPC implementation has been deferred again up to October 2016 it may possible that actually when this will be implemented we hopeless family pensioner will not survive any more due to lack of food, medicine etc.
Honb’le Sir/s if you really want to give us a revised pension then please implement it immediately thinking about the helpless family pensioners agonies.
This is my humble request to our Hon’ble Modiji, JaitleyJi and all concerned authorities.
