OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Scheme for setting up of indoor and open Gymnasium and augmentation/replacement of equipment of existing Gymnasium in the Ministries/Departments -regarding

The undersigned is directed to refer to Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board’s OM of even no. dated 7th September, 2016 regarding scheme of setting up of indoor/ open Gymnasium and augmentation/ replacement of epuipment of existing Gymnasium in the Ministries/ Departments by providing grants-in-aid. The detailed scheme document is enclosed for reference.

2. It is requested to all ministries/Departments to end their proposal to “Secretary, Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB), Department of Personnel & Training, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, New Delhi latest by 15th June, 2017. The funds will be released on first come first serve basis subject to fulfillment of scheme documents.
