Increase in minimum pay and fitment factor

Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state :-
(a) whether Government is actively contemplating to increase minimum pay from Rs.18,000/- to Rs.21,000/- and fitment factor from 2.57 to 3, in view of resentment among Central Government employees over historically lowest increase in pay by 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC);
(b) if so, the details thereof and the date from which it would be implemented; and
(c ) if not, the reasons for the callous attitude of Government towards Government Employees?

(a),(b)&(c ): The minimum pay of Rs.18,000/- p.m. and fitment factor of 2.57 are based on the specific recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission in the light of the relevant factors taken into account by it. Therefore, no change therein is at present under consideration.

क्या वित्त मंत्री यह बताने की कृपा करेंगे कि:
(क) क्या सरकार केन्द्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों की नाराजगी और सातवें केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग द्वारा वेतन में अब तक की सबसे कम वृद्धि किए जाने को ध्यान में रखते हुए न्यूनतम वेतन को 18000/- रुपए से बढ़ाकर 21000/- रुपए करने और फिटमेंट फैक्टर को 2.57 से बढ़ाकर 3 करने पर सक्रियता से विचार कर रही है;
(ख) यदि हां, तो तत्संबंधी ब्यौरा क्या है और यह किस तारीख से लागू होगा; और
(ग) यदि नहीं, तो सरकारी कर्मचारियों के प्रति सरकार के उदासीन रवैये के क्या कारण हैं?

(क), (ख) और (ग): 18000/- रुपए प्रति माह का न्यूनतम वेतन और 2.57 का फिटमेंट गुणांक 7वें केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग द्वारा संगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए की गई विशिष्ट सिफारिशों पर आधारित हैं। इसलिए, इस समय इसमें किसी परिवर्तन पर विचार नहीं किया जा रहा है।

Not yet cleared by PAO Earth Sciences Chennai located in Regional Met Center Chennai. CPAO Delhi wants that before asking RT Nagar Branch Bangalore to pay me the arrears.
The reply of Rajya Sabha question is not in order as the FM him self was in highlevel commette ormed to look in this issue but nothing hs come out.
Some of media houses have been making fools with their flash news which is not only false but baseless. This Govt does not like its administrative staff to become happy with their pay package. The Govt should know that it can maintain good governance only when the working staff remain happy.
