Sub: Downloading of Admit Cards — Ensuring the reach of Admit Card to all the registered candidates of JNVST 2018  reg.

Sir,

All arrangements are made for the smooth conduct of JNVST-2018 in an district except Distt. Dhanbad. Jaunpur & Katihar. Arrangement is already mode to download the Admit Cords as per the details given below:

1. Candidates registered through Online Mode

AS notified in the notification of JNVST-201S. the registered online candidates can approach the nearest CSC to get the print Out ct the admit card by using the registration numbers. Arrangement is already made to send SMS to the registered candidates by intimating the registration number.

2. Candidates registered through Offline Mode

A separate link will be provided in the website of NVS(HQ) The candidates have to enter the State and registration numbers to download the Admit Cards from the website of NVS(HQ)

Every JNV is already provided with a Login ID and password tor quality check. JNVs have to use the same Login id password. open the link “list all” and download the Admit Cards of offline candidates by using the icon “Download all Admit Cards“[Click to Download]. Arrangement may be made to hand over the Admit Cards to the candidates well in advance.

Admit cards may also be downloaded from the nearest CSC.

In order to assist the candidates/ parents, already permission is granted to have a help desk in all JNVs. CSC will also open a separate centre in the campus of all JNVs. Principal may be directed to release “Press Note” downloading Admit Cards in leading local Newspaper. Regional Office and JNVs will upload the information regarding the method of downloading the Admit Cards in their websites. Local arrangement may also be mace intimae all the parents/ candidates. District Administration and other officials concerned. Cluster ACS shall be directed to monitor the activity.

You are requested to intimate the action taken to this office latest by 5th April 2018.
