I am directed to inform that, the Competent Authority has decided to amend the recruitment rules (RRs) of Postman and Mail Guard issued vide GST No.899€ dated 20-09-2018.

2.In this context, a copy of draft Notification of Recruitment Rules is enclosed. All Circles are requested to examine the proposed amendment in Recruitment Rules and accordingly provide their valuable inputs to the Directorate latest by 30.4.2019, with the specific approval of CPMG
