Every month One Day salary to PM CARES Fund – Modification in Finmin Circular

Department of Revenue has made an appeal to its staff to donate one salary every month to PM CARES Fund till March 2021[ Read ]. Now it is said that Employees can donate one day’s salary for any Months between May 2020 to March 2021.

Now in a partial modification to this Circular dated 17.4.2020 , the department has decided to appeal all the officers and staff to contribute their one day’s salary [ Read-How to calculate one day salary ] every month till March 2021 from May 2020 onwards to the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation (PM CARES) Fund to aid the Government’s Efforts to fight coronavirus pandemic

Further it is informed that Any Officer or staff willing to contribute the one day’s salary for any months between may 2020 to March 2021 may intimate their willingness to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Department of Revenue in writing mentioning his/her employee code
