ALLOTMENT OF HOUSES

NO. 4735. SHRI NABA KUMAR SARANIA:

Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:

(a) the number of houses allotted to the people of Delhi under various schemes of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) during the last five years along with areas of Delhi where those houses are located;

(b) the number of houses allotted to the people belonging to reserved categories of persons during the last five years along with the details of the amount of money they had to pay to the DDA and the names of the banks from which they have taken loans;

(c) the details of the land allotted by DDA to various institutions, NGOs, Schools and other institutions in Delhi;

(d) the dates on which the lands were allotted to them along with the details of the amount of money they had to pay to DDA; and

(e) the details of existing Government rate of the land in various parts of Delhi?

(a): There are 56,225 flats allotted in various Housing Schemes of DDA during the last 5 years. Details are at Annexure-I.

(b): There are 4,822 flats allotted for reserved categories during the last 5 years. Details are at available at Annexure-II. The cost of each flat depends on it’s location, area and floor. The area of flats offered under the Schemes along with the range of cost at the particular location is also indicated in Column 4 and 5 of the Table at Annexure-I. Details of loan taken by allottees from various banks are not available/maintained by DDA.

(c) & (d): Category-wise list of lands allotted to various Institutions in Delhi showing date of allotment are in the link https://dda.gov.in/landdisposal/landdisposal-publicnotice. However, DDA has informed that in some of the cases, the dates of allotment are not readily available and have been indicated accordingly at relevant places. Payment of land premium by allottees is made in parts over a period of time and annual ground rent is payable annually. Individual allottee-wise information in respect of payments made by the allottees is not maintained by DDA.
