OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: – Extension in prescribed timelines for writing Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of top management incumbents of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) for the year 2021-22.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 9th April 2019 , 27th December 2022 & 9th March 2023 and to state that it has been decided to further extend the timelines for writing APARs of top management incumbents of CPSEs for the year 2021-22 in the following manner:-

Activity	Extended Cut-off date	Further Extended Date
Appraisal by Reporting Authority	15th March, 2023	15th May, 2023
Appraisal by Reviewing Authority	30th March, 2023	31st May, 2023
Appraisal by Accepting Authority	15th April, 2023	15th June, 2023

2. All the administrative Ministries/Departments are requested to take note of the above relaxation and take further necessary action in this regard.
