Sir, Change in designation of clerical cadre is long pending demand. Before 6th CPC, pay scale of Assistant of CSCS/CCS/AFHQ Cadre have been revised and made huge disparity between subordinate offices and secretariats. Now the move of DOPT may further widen the expectations of clerical cadre of subordinate offices. How the Govt. & DOPT can think about this kind of discriminations against the constitutional rights of Govt. employees. 7th CPC may have to find a solution for set right the disparities prevailing at present and protect the natural justice of employees working in lower formations because their cry & prayer will not reach to Delhi.
Similar changes should be implemented on all Ministries to avoid discrimination before natural justice.
Proposal for change in nomenclature of CSS and CSCS official is good. Grade Pay of Assistant Section Officer may also granted of Rs. 4800/- after completion of 4 years of approved service like Section Officer.
