There are Conflicting news reports about PLB Bonus 2015 and announcement Bonus for railway men have been posted in Federations and News wbsites
Yesterday the financial express claimed that Indian Railway employees are likely to be given 78-day wages as productivity-linked bonus (PLB) for the fiscal 2014-15, the same as in the last three years, despite the financial crunch.
The proposal to give 78-day bonus to railwaymen is likely to come up tomorrow at the Cabinet meeting, sources said.
NFIR also cautioned in its message that fake news is being communicated regarding PL Bouns. It is requested not to trust the same.
But on the contrary, AIRF informed in its message to the railwaymen in its website that the proposal to give Productivity Linked bonus to railwaymen is likely to come up today at the Cabinet meeting and it said that this was told by highly placed sources.
A short while ago AIRF posted a message with the Title of BREAKING NEWS PLB,
“CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TODAY HAS ANNOUNCED 78 DAYS BONUS TO RAILWAY EMPLYOYEES. DECISION HAS BEEN TAKEN IN A CABINET MEETING HELD TODAY AT NEW DELHI. PLEASE KEEP ON LOGGING TO OUR WEBSITES FOR DETAILS.”
Its very difficult time for central government employees and railway employees as they are kept in the dark whether Calculation and eligibility ceiling for bonus will be raised or not. If the Cabinet decides to announce the Bonus today , about 13 lakh railway employees will get Productivity Linked Bonus this month. Productivity-linked bonus is paid to railway employees each year before the Dussehra festival.
If the Cabinet announce for a 78-day bonus for railway men then the railway employees will get about Rs 8897 as bonus this month as per the existing calculation.
