  1. Sir you not mention.Anganwadi workers equal salary all over India.coz we all work for the state as well as central govt then why the govt is not willing declare equal salary for anganwadi worker though they undertake more departmental works than any other employees e.g. if an is teacher she or he only teaches to the students a bank employee undertake only bankrelated duty but it was not in the case of an anganwadi worker They have to undertake all the works of state and central related duties on the grassroots basis which works out easily for the higher authorities in addition to that we are undertaking BLO duties. As the govt have full knowledge that AW workers are women are unable to tackle with the workload coz we have to work at home as well as at Aw centres teaching tinys 3yrs to 6yrs systematically according to the Theme under the basis of ECCE Then why govt is not putting effort to bring the AW workers and declare as central.govt employee Besides we do lots of work we are not paid fairly according to the present condition At present we are paid Rs 7000 out of I myself have to spend for education clothing food transportation medicine rent etc.towards my two children bedridden mother in law.and my husband as he have no regular job Like me there will be chores of poor mothers who may be meeting their ends out of these small amount of honorarium having handicaps senior citizens bedridden alcoholics unemployed etc Do the GOVT ever ever realise what is the state of our living NO GOOD FOOD ENJOYING HOLIDAYS GOOD CLOTHING HOUSE ECT JUST HOPING AND DREAMING FOR THE GOOD TO SHOWER ON US UNDER MODIJIS GOVT AND I AM SURE THAT THIS PIECE OF COMMENT SHOULD REACH TO MODIJI COZ ONE OF THE KITH N KIN OF YOURS WILL BE AMONG US WHO WILL BE FEELING THE SAME WAY WE FEEL . .. . ….. …..THANK YOU
