Pension Grievance Cell
पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग में पेंशन शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ के कार्य इस प्रकार हैं: –
The functions of the Pension Grievances Cell in the Department of Pension and P.W. are as under:-
विभिन्न स्रोतों से प्राप्त पेंशन मामलों से संबंधित शिकायतों को पंजीकृत करना
To register the complaints received from various sources pertaining to pensionary matters
संबंधित मंत्रालयों / विभागों आदि को उनसे संबंधित शिकायत प्रेषित करना,
To forward the complaints to the concerned Ministries/Departments etc.,
विभागों के साथ मामले को आगे बढ़ाना
To pursue with the Departments
विभागों को अनुस्मरण दिलाना और
To remind the Departments and
प्रत्येक पखवाड़े में स्थिति की समीक्षा और निगरानी करना
To review and monitor the position every fortnight
समाचार/ मीडिया पत्र में प्रदर्शित होने वाली पेंशन शिकायतों पर ध्यान देना और संपादकों को की गई कार्रवाई की जानकारी दी देना ।
Pension grievances appearing in the Newspapers/media will be attended to and Editors informed of the action taken.
