DA hike from July 2021 : The Dearness Allowance for central government Employees to be paid with effect from 1st July 2021 is not yet approved by Union cabinet.
DA hike from July 2021
Usually the enhancement of DA for July instalment would be approved by Union Cabinet in the first week of September. The present Government has not been following uniformity in giving its approval for enhancement of DA for every instalment.
Now it is October 2021, but until now the DA enhancement for July 2021 has not been approved. Since this is the festive season, a little hike in the salary will be supportive for them in spending for celebration.
All the employees are expecting for payment of Productivity Linked Bonus and Non PLB Adhoc Bonus as Dussehra Festival is on 15th October 2021.
Hence, it is high time the Government should approve the 3% DA hike from 1st July 2021 and three months arrears to this effect also to be paid to all Central Government employees.
It is expected that the Union cabinet will approve this DA hike proposal in its meeting to be held in this week.
