After announcement of enhancing the rate of DA from 31% to 34% w.e.f.1.1.2022, DA arrears for three months from January 2022 to March 2022 has to be paid to all Central government Employees.

If order for payment of DA from January 2022 is issued before the payment of salary for the Month of March 2022, then 2 Months arrears will be paid.

As Transport Allowance is a DA indexed allowance, this also will be increased from 1.1.2022
