The due date for filing return of Income is extended from 31.07.2013 to 05.08.2013

The Central Board of Direct Taxes decided to extend the due date for filing Income Tax returns from 31st July to 5th August 2013. The copy of the Order is given below

Order under Section 119 of the Income-tax Act. 1961

The Central Board of Direct Taxes, in exercise of powers conferred under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, hereby extends the ‘due-date’ for filing Returns of Income from 31st July, 2013 to 5th August, 2013.
