Minimum days of CCL for one spell

When Child Care Leave was introduced it was stipulated that Minimum of not below 15 Days should be availed in one spell . Later Vide DoPT O.M. No.13018/6/2013-Estt.(L) dated 5th  June, 2014 [ Read the Order] the stipulation of the requirement of minimum period of 15 days’ CCL has been removed. Now there is no any restriction on Minimum days of CCL for one spell

CCL minimum for at least five days

But Vide DoPT in OM No. No. 13018/1/2014-Estt(L) dated 1-4-2016 , it is now proposed to introduce a minimum period of five days of CCL i.e., CCL henceforth may not be granted for less than 5 days.
