What is the policy of cadre restructure? Is it only for powerful employees? Is Govt for only powerful/influencial men? There was no cadre restructure for Civilian Engineer in the Corps of EME, under Min of Defence since last 20 years despite sevaral reminders. Is this expected from a Civilian Govt?
