Here it covered 4th CPC and 6th CPC. Grade pay is removed and it open scale. Annual increment @ 2%. This scale is entry level based on 4th CPC.
Individual organization can select pay scale to their employees based on their qualification and job description.

  3. The concept of pay-band and grade-pay is rubbish and please eliminate this concept in 7th CPC. Please consider 5th CPC payscale and accordingly made fitment formula because all CG employees were satisfied 5th CPC pay scale.

This is open pay scale without pay band-grade-pay concept. Please give annual increment @2% of above basic pay. HRA @ 30% or 20%. Tansport allowances and HRA should be exempted from income tax.

  5. p vishnu prasad

The gap between minimum and maximum pay is increasing. pl dont work with factor or multiples. Factors or multiples are helpful to higher salaried people only.

  6. venkateswarlu

There is a huge gap between PB-3 last stage 15600-39100 GP-7600 to PB-4 initial stage 37400-67000 GP-8700. Please reduce this gap in 7th CPC. Also prepare a pay structure so that an employee will reach the next promotion pay scale after 8-years so that he will not worry about promotion. Please abolish the grade pay system.

  7. I draw a pension of Rs.7690/- which after commutation is reduced to Rs. 4614/- What will be my revised pension after implementation of 7th cpc. I get a DR for the original pension to wit: 7690/-.
    Please advise.
    thanks.
