A special Leave Petition was filed in Hon’ble Supreme Court against the Order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Madras in the matter of granting one notional Increment for Pensionary benefits to a Government servant who superannuated on 30th June . The Hon’ble Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP.
