In partial modification to para 4 of Board’s letter of even number dated 09.02.2022, it has been decided with the approval of competent authority that these orders will be effective from 06.01.2022 the issue of DoE/MoF O.M. No. 19030/1/2017-E.IV dated 06.01.2022.

2. The other terms and conditions will-remain unchanged.
