THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA)
(a) to (d): No such complaints are on record under CGHS during the last three years and the current year.
(e): There is a clause in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between CGHS and the private empanelled hospitals, that the rate being charged will not be more than what is being charged for same procedure from other (Non-CGHS) patients or organizations. In case of any violation of terms and conditions of MOA, suitable action including de-empanelment shall be taken against the hospital.
