Though I received the letter from Office of the Director of Accounts in the month of April ,my bank where I receive family pension is yet to get the letter from pay & account s office, Central pay& accounts office.
it appears that pre-2006 pensioners/family pensioners are not benefited at all due to the revised calculation rules dated 12.05.2017 by notional pay fixation. Only post-2006 pensioners/family pensioners get some extra benefit over & above the minimum 50% of revised minimum pay.
Hence, the order dated 1.05.2017 is discriminatory between pre and post 2006 retirees for computation of revised pension based on notional pay fixation.
