Updated Calculator for DA from July 2021

This DA calculator form July 2021 is updated to incorporate the new series of AICPIN released from September 2020

New series of AICPIN for Industrial Workers with Base year 2016=100 is being released from September 2020. The maiden index on new base for September, 2020 has started at the level of 118 Points. The Linking factor for the conversion of new series index to previous series on base 2001=100 is 2.88.

DA Calculator from January 2023

Now the AICPIN for the Month of February 2021 will be released tomorrow on 31st March 2021. As DA freeze is in force from 1.1.2020, DA at the rate of 17% is being paid to Central Government Employees from 1.7.2019 till date.

DA increase from January 2020 to July 2021

The DA increase for three instalments from 1.1.2020, 1.7.2020 and 1.1.2021 are kept on hold and it will be released with DA from 1st July 2021. But the rates of Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief as effective from 1st January 2020, 1st July 2020 and 1st January 2021 will be restored prospectively and will be subsumed in the cumulative revised rate effective from 1st July 2021. No arrears for the period from 1st January 2020 till 30th June 2021 shall be paid.
