a central govt.pensioner living within the jurisdiction of CGHS limits [living area is within cghs limits] but till date not opted for its benefits,not a member of the cghs,whether eligible for claming free medical allowance of Rs 300p.m if a declaration is given as prescribed in the circular No38/99/99-P&PW[C] dated17th april,2000 n
