Sub: Grant Of eligibility to the Defence civilian employees for the General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) allotted by the Directorate of Estates-

Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence ID NO. dated 02.012018 requesting for information on the subject cited matter is forwarded herewith for your information and further necessary action. please.

2. It is requested that a consolidated report in the prescribed format in respect of DAD employees for all the offices under your administrative jurisdiction including that of IFAs under your proforma control, may be forwarded to this HQrs Office by 25.01-2018 so that a consolidated report can be rendered to MOD.

3. The report may be provided Type wise and it may be ensured that total number of DAD employees working in respective offices/sub offices may also be indicated in the remarks column. It is also requested to ensure that information sent pertains to all the offices/sub offices under your administrative/proforma control.
