Allowance Committee may submit its report on 20th February 2017

Federation Leaders associated with National Council JCM are keep telling that Allowance Committee might submit its report on 20th February 2017.

Allowance Committee may submit its report on 20th February 2017

The CG Staff are already very much upset over the Government’s deliberate attempt to delay the payment of Allowances by constituting many committees. Because the payment of revised Allowances  is considered will impact the Governments Exchequers.

Lot of Committees formed and Meetings held after the Notification issued for implementation of 7th CPC Recommendations. But there is no any fruitful outcome from these meetings. No sign of making decisions which satisfy the Central government employees.

Had the Allowance like HRA is paid in revised rates from the date of Notification ie 25th July 2016, it seems more beneficial than waiting for the subcommittee reports. Because if revised allowances are not given retrospective effect, it will be a huge loss for Central Government Servants.

Reports suggests that the Allowance Committee may submit its report on 20th February 2017 and it will be notified with effect from 1st April 2017. Federation sources told that It is unacceptable and we will fight it out until the revised allowances implemented with effect from 1.1.2016

  1. Fin min is quite opposite for cg employees but they say my govt is doing well . By whom? Employees of all deptt are doing well job so name comes first theirgovt. Any way ,

No any shortage of salary for minsters, mps . They have all things are surplus but eg employees rights unable to full filly by the govt. Oh my God no more to say the cruel …..

  2. The Allowances Committee was postponed many times on the pretext that their will be huge loss to the exchequer, but the 7 CPC is NOT at all satisfied with CG employees,(saying that the 7CPC recommendations are worst) if the allowances should atleast be made effective from August 2016(arrears) that too the employees are not at all satisfied with the HRA at
24 ,6 & 8 should atleast be recommended to 27, 8, 10, but the employees will only be satisfied.

  3. this is the level of present government. the promises given to us written over the water. the genuine and right demand of CG employees has been
not solved yet. unless otherwise a united movement by entire CG EMPLOYEES we cannot succeed any of our demands.come forward CGE let us support the movement.
